Paneer Butter Masala is one of the most popular dishes in Indian restaurants. Paneer butter masala is also known as Butter paneer masala, Butter paneer. It has quietly sweet and spicy taste with the flavour of butter and cream with Delicious Paneer. It is mostly taking with butter naan, roti, Chapati, and fried rice.

Ingredients

  • Paneer
  • Butter
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Coriander leaves
  • Cashew nuts
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Michi powder
  • Michi
  • Kasoori Methi (Dry fenugreek Leaves)
  • Fresh Cream

  1. Add one table spoon of oil to hot pan, and add butter, add 2cardamom, cinnamon, cashew nuts. Let it fry.

2. Add finely chopped tomatoes, onions and green Mirchi and coriander , add little pinch of salt, Mix it well, add some butter and close the lid till it well cooked and mushy.

3. When the above ingredients are completely soft cooked and mushy, then off the stove and leave it for few minutes until it cools.

4. Then add gravy to the blender and make it a fine paste.

5. Add butter to hot pan and add one spoon of Mirchi powder, add above paste mix it well.

6. Add paneer to above paste.

7. Add salt as per quantity, add one tea spoon of sugar for good taste and flavour. Mix it well and cover with a lid.

8. After few minutes add some fresh cream and Kasoori Methi on top.

9. Lets serve. Restaurant style paneer butter masala is ready.
