Panasa Mukkala Biriyani | Jackfruit Biriyani Preparation is one of the most famous vegan biriyani recipe . Panasa Mukkalu(Jackfruit) it is a seasonal fruit it is mostly available in (December-June). It is one of the special item in Marriage Events , It has more spicy taste , mostly served with raitha . Let’s cook Together Foodies.
Ingredients
- Panasa Mukkalu(Jackfruit)
- Mint Leaves
- Biriyani masala
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Carrot
- Green Chillies
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Coriander
- Salt & red chilli powder

1) One table spoon of oil to hot pan, and add Panasa mukkalu (jackfruit pieces) . Let it gently fry.
2)After gently fried Panasa mukkalu take out the pieces to a plate, add one table spoon of oil and add biriyani masala to the pan ,let them fry.
3)Now add onions , green chillies , Carrot , Tomatoes , coriander , mix it well, leave until it fries.
4)Next add Ginger garlic paste ,mint leaves , salt and red chilli powder to fired mixture.
5)Mix gently fried Panasa mukkalu (Jackfruit pieces) to well mushy mixture.
6)Let them cook.
7) Rice to the mixture and mix it well. As per required quantity add water
8)Basic water measurement:-250grm of rice = 375ml of water(or)1dabba rice =1 1/2 dabba water.
9)As per your quantity & taste add salt , mix it well, and leave it for few minutes.
10)Add on lemon to biriyani contents and mix it well .
10) leave until it cooks.
12) Now serve with Raitha .
13)Tasty and spicy Panasa Mukkala biriyani ready.
