About Kaju Burfi | Kaju Katli :-
Kaju Burfi is also known as kaju katli . It is an Indian dessert similar to a burfi . Kaju means cashew, burfi is often made by thickening milk with sugar and dry fruits etc… Let’s make this delicious , smooth and perfect kaju burfi .
Ingredients:-
Kaju( Cashew) – 200 g
Milk Powder – 50g
Sugar Powder – 100 g
Cardamom – 1 table spoon
Ghee – 100g

- Grind the cashews into a fine powder.
- Add Sugar powder and some water to pan and bring to boil.
- Let caramelize it .
- Now add cardamom powder to it, and mix well.
- Now add Cashew Powder and mix it by adding ghee and milk powder .
- Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Remove the pan from heat and transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray.
- Spread the mixture evenly all over the plate or tray.
- Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes, then cut it into squares or diamond or triangle shapes.
- That’s it Very simple and tasty Kaju Burfi ready.
