Carrot

Green Chilli

Ginger

Garlic

Onion

Salt

Dry Pudina

Daniya Powder

Curd

Aloo Rice Preparation

Simple Steps

  • In pan pour oil or ghee and fry aloo pieces till it turns brown
  • Add Onions to potatoes then carrot and green chilli to the vegetables
  • Grind ginger , garlic and greenchillies
  • Add this paste into the vegetable mixture
  • Now Daniya powder and dry pudina , cashew to the dry vegetables
  • Pour some curd and let them fry
  • Now add rice into the vegetables and required water . first boil the water
  • Water Quantity 250gms rice = 500ml of water
  • Now add require amount of salt to the complete rice
  • Aloo rice is ready to serve
