Jeera Rice Preparation
Simple Steps
- Pour oil into the pan and soaked jeera fry it well
- Add greenchilli , Carrot and fry
- Then add Cashewnut , Curryleaf and fry it and next pepper powder and cloves fry them well
- Take the mixture into another plate
- In the same pan add onions let them fry
- When Onion turns gold brown then add fried jeera mixture and add salt for the vegetables and let them fry well
- When these are frying boil the rice and keep it separately
- Now add the boiled rice into the fried mixture and mix till all the vegetables mix with the rice
- Now the tasty jeera rice is ready
