Simple Steps

  • Pour oil into the pan and soaked jeera fry it well
  • Add greenchilli , Carrot and fry
  • Then add Cashewnut , Curryleaf and fry it and next pepper powder and cloves fry them well
  • Take the mixture into another plate
  • In the same pan add onions let them fry
  • When Onion turns gold brown then add fried jeera mixture and add salt for the vegetables and let them fry well
  • When these are frying boil the rice and keep it separately
  • Now add the boiled rice into the fried mixture and mix till all the vegetables mix with the rice
  • Now the tasty jeera rice is ready
