Aloo Rice Preparation
Simple Steps
- In pan pour oil or ghee and fry aloo pieces till it turns brown
- Add Onions to potatoes then carrot and green chilli to the vegetables
- Grind ginger , garlic and greenchillies
- Add this paste into the vegetable mixture
- Now Daniya powder and dry pudina , cashew to the dry vegetables
- Pour some curd and let them fry
- Now add rice into the vegetables and required water . first boil the water
- Water Quantity 250gms rice = 500ml of water
- Now add require amount of salt to the complete rice
- Aloo rice is ready to serve
