Mangoes – 3

Jeera – 1 tbsp

Mustard – 2 tbsp

Fenugreek ( Menthulu ) – 2 tbsp

Hing – 1

Red chilli Powder – 100 gms

Salt – 100 gms

Simple Steps

  • First cut mangoes into pieces and dry them one day
  • Now in a pan add oil in it red chillies , Menthulu, avalu, and let them boil
  • Now dry fry jeera , mustard seeds and fenugreek and powder them
  • In a bowl add red chilli powder , salt , grinded powder mix it well
  • Now add mango pieces and boiled oil to the mixture and mix it well
  • Tasty nuni magay is ready
  • It can be preserved for one year
