Mangoes – 3
Jeera – 1 tbsp
Mustard – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek ( Menthulu ) – 2 tbsp
Hing – 1
Red chilli Powder – 100 gms
Salt – 100 gms
Oil
Nuni Magay Preparation
Simple Steps
- First cut mangoes into pieces and dry them one day
- Now in a pan add oil in it red chillies , Menthulu, avalu, and let them boil
- Now dry fry jeera , mustard seeds and fenugreek and powder them
- In a bowl add red chilli powder , salt , grinded powder mix it well
- Now add mango pieces and boiled oil to the mixture and mix it well
- Tasty nuni magay is ready
- It can be preserved for one year
